Companies which are on the precipice of folding probably can't afford to maintain New York City office space,
but the Boston to DC corridor remains, and will remain for as long as America exists,
the hub of the entire commercial universe.
Even the great California has to settle for second place,
largely due to a few districts that elect morons like the troglodyte Kevin McCarthy.
I don't know where Vandy Boy comes up with some of the shit that he litters all over JPP,
