Linda Wall, 61, confirmed to The Associated Press this week that the incident occurred four decades ago when asked about a sworn testimony she gave admitting to "sexual relations with a minor."

Wall, now a staunch opponent of same-sex marriage, claims that God cured her of her homosexuality and that she simply made a mistake.


"Forty years ago, I was a different person," said Wall, who's seeking to win a seat in the state's House of Delegates. "I was a heavy pot smoker with ... impaired judgment and made some bad choices. You do that out of college sometimes."

Well, I can believe she is an Independent or Republican is disguise....

Showing the kind of honesty as she was quoted with in the above post, the only thing absolutely positive is...shes no Democrate.

We have to admit those reborn folks are reborn with a big dose of nerve, gall and hypocrisy. It seems to go along with the reborn experience.

Is it possible to think that most politicians in either party are honest?

That seems naive, but since I'm not sure what you're basing that on, I can't really render a definitive judgment...
