Do you have one of those videos where Trump claims not to know what he's signing to show us? Use of an autopen is something every administration does. The difference is that it is normally used for routine paperwork, like signing say Certificates of Appreciation like the two I have for my service. With Biden, it became the go-to for signing everything it appears and that Biden wasn't in that loop. That is, he wasn't even shown the paperwork that was being signed even when it was something he needed to at least be aware of.
