One aspect of the polling data that hasn't been addressed is that Trump has been beating the RCP averages, by double digits in some instances.

There's probably more than one explanation but the most likely seems to be that there's a segment of voters that won't publicly declare for Trump but might do so in the privacy of the voting booth.
