Clinton's ‘storm of problems’ lost her the election, NOT Russia, says top Democrat

Democrats have become a bi-coastal party under Obama and you can't take the EC with just the coasts. That's the main lesson your party needs to learn. They've essentially become a regional party comprised of elitists that care more about saving the planet than jobs.

If you think that's a winning formula, have at it lol.

If national democrats don't need to change, explain why they lost so many seats under Obama. Or why was Obama forced to resort to a pen and the phone to try and execute his agenda?
to the bolded above...exactly the reason the EC needs to stay

explain in detail how trump won the electoral college if more people voted Dem

Well, Hillary did win the popular vote by about 3%.

What they leave out is the fact if you remove CA she would have lost by a similar margin.

The Civics 101 lesson is this: the EC prevents large swaths of the country from being ruled by regional politics.

Yeah, there's absolutely no legitimate reason to think about getting rid of it at this point. A 3% margin in the popular vote isn't nearly significant enough to do it. Now, if the popular vote margin gets into double-digits for the EC loser, then we could say 'wait a minute, this ain't right'.

They won't admit it [or maybe they're slow in realizing it] but democrats don't need a constitutional amendment to get the WH---they just need to make their message appeal to working class voters. But in order to do that, they need to give up something. I would suggest going back to being the democrat party of Bill Clinton instead of Euro-Socialist.

And that, they don't want to do. That's the gist of it.

They are damn near irrelevant.
what do I care about constant harping about bathrooms. I do care about regs chocking jobs.
They seem to be doubling down on inane progressivism..that's their problem..

If Trump is successful it forces them to start dealing with realities-which benefits the entire country.

A successful Trump is their worst nightmare lol.

Because an improved economy with real growth and more jobs is going to erode into their cherished minority voting blocs. If that happens, their electoral troubles are only starting.

Be honest for once. Trump also was a poor candidate who won by the skin of his teeth and only due to a quirk in our system that permits a candidate to win despite losing the vote.

ridiculous.....that "quirk" is an intentional aspect of the system working as intended........so trump won three states by 100k votes........../shrugs do you forget Obama only won those three states by 350k votes in HIS win?........

Not only in CA. That's such a weird talking point. That's like saying Trump only won in TX and a few southern states.

More people voted Dem. Deal with it.

lol.....you want to pretend Hillary didn't lose and then complain about weird talking points?......rofl....

Will you please stop doling out your lame advice?

107,000 votes in 3 states. And that's with millions of voters staying home.

What do you want me to say lol? Oh, the democrats have lost a thousand seats under Obama, but everything is honky dory in liberal land.

Why should anyone believe that?
