when are we gonna realize China and Russia have LEGITIMATE security concerns?
Do you think China is gonna sit around while we "ring" them with missiles? whether we claim they're defensive or not?.

If China wanted PDRK to curb their missiles -they could do it - they are NOT gonna allow this at all.
