I don't know a single legal scholar who thinks HRC will be indicted.

I know several partisan lawyers who scream that she should be, but unbiased legal scholars agree, what she did is not something she should be indicted for.

I do agree it says something about her character and judgement. She put the country's secrets at risk in an attempt to have personal control over her conversations and decisions.

Like most Liberals, you consider it unbiased if it agrees with you and biased if it doesn't.

You mean other public defenders don't think she will?
 
First of all you do not know any scholars, second the indictment means nothing as if she is not indicted the fallout will be worse for her as she will have no chance to redeem herself from the FBI revelations to come that will be far worse if she is not indicted.

PS. There will also be several at least indictments inside of the State Dept as well..................

Clinton is done, her health will be up any day now................
