I read the stories associated with about 20 of the murders. 100% of them had either "no one is in custody" or "no arrests have been made".
Trump in his inaugural address said, "this all stops now" what happened, it didn't stop, there is still carnage.
And the really sad thing is that the mayor, has no plan, and is about to fight Trump for at least trying to protect the good people of Chicago. The fact is that these people hate Trump because by doing the right things he is turning society upside down, to show it's hypocrisy, and that hypocrisy does not know party lines.
