The reports say that the Oppo research (Dossier) didn't have a direction when first implemented, but instead led to Russia through Trump's business ties and associations. These associations are legit and not a fabrication of the dossier.

Hmmm, so the Secretary of State was not involved at all? Nobody is saying she alone made the decision, but she WAS involved. Seems you are trying to deflect.

Can you tell us why Bill got a $500,000 speaking gig to speak to the bank involved in the deal? Can you explain why the players involved donated MILLIONs to the Clinton Foundation? Was it all just one big happy coincidence that it was about the same time the uranium deal was under consideration?

Can you explain why I no longer hear of $500,000 speaking gigs for Billy? Why isn't the Clinton Foundation doing more good in the world? Why aren't they in Puerto Rico? Seems like they have lots of time on their hands.
