The Federal Bureau of Investigation has announced that Charlottesville suspect James Alex Fields Jr. will not face a charge of domestic terrorism.

There has been debate as to what actually killed the only fatality in the case, hefty Heather Heyer. In the video footage it is evident that hefty Heather was not hit by Fields' car, but that doesn't mean that Fields wasn't responsible for her subsequent death from a heart attack.

That could result in a lesser charge of manslaughter.

But Desh had an ear witness, so he must be guilty! I said at the time that he should be presumed innocent until proved otherwise but the usual suspects were baying for blood. Will any of them, they know who they are, admit to being hysterical and overwrought?

No it's not but the likes of Desh et al were calling him a murderer. It was all in the video she said, I wouldn't be surprised if his lawyer will claim that he was terrified of being killed by an angry mob. Again you are trying to prejudge the incident, I suggest that he has a good case.

I might add that I'm not taking sides just attempting to act dispassionately or in legalese ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat .

LOL, we've gone from being accused of "defending Nazis" when questioning the DEMOCRAT-infested media's narrative to "something to be ignored, of no consequence" now that we know that hefty Heather died of a heart attack.

From the video evidence it appears that she wasn't even struck by the car.

The left only cared about using hefty Heather as a martyr and they didn't care about her, IMO.

Fields is a diagnosed schizophrenic who panicked when his car was attacked and his escape route was blocked by a violent mob. The ensuing panic may have triggered a heart attack in hefty Heather, but I fail to see how he murdered the poor woman.

He's being charged appropriately and will be tried in due course.

Nobody says he was innocent of reckless maiming or leaving the scene of an accident, but that's not as sexy as murder, is it?

I just looked at the video and that was some of the shittiest CPR I have ever seen. Why didn't they get the paddles on her right alway?

Crazy that her mom claimed she died of a heart attack. Rest assured his defense will have that video. He will be acquitted and the left will shit ala Zimmerman.

I don't watch fake news, just like Jews in Europe didn't get their information from Goebbels. They considered the source and shunned it. I do the same.

Notice that the Charlottesville story isn't as popular these days now that they've lost their "innocent victim targeted by a Nazi" narrative.

I'll bet the DEMOCRAT-infested fake news will ramp up the "Trump = Nazi" noise machine again next time they want to distract the sheeple from something. It'll be like nothing's changed, and obliging idiots will once more call anyone who wants to wait for the facts a "Nazi defender".
 
I am always skeptical when the media shows pictures of people not as they are but from a long time ago. They show thin Heather Heyer not morbidly obese, smoking Newports Heather Heyer. It reminds me of the hoax they tried to,pull with Trayvon when they showed him as a 13 year old and not the 6'2" thug he was. Something stinks.

Even if convicted of voluntary manslaughter, Virginia law is specific.

Class 5 felony: imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than 10 years or confinement in jail for not more than 12 months, and a possible fine of not more than $2,500.

It's very possible he would have charges reduced to voluntary manslaughter.

You should know better than to accept anything a liberal says at face value, Corazón.
