So, the Justice Department AND the top lawyer at the CFPB state that Trump has the authority to appoint an acting director and Dems like Warren and Schumer try to stage a coup at the CFPB?

It's hilarious to see 'Rats claim the POTUS doesn't have the power to hire and fire people within FedCo. Gotta hand it to the bastards for the full court press though. To bad most Repubs lack the balls that Pelosi has.

Yep. Trump will win this and appoint someone who will want to gut the agency. So much for consumer protection and the average wage earner.
