So no liberals have a problem with this? Shouldn't our tax dollars go to the best bid out there? Why force the costs up for both the bidding process and the jobs?

Is this the 'change we can believe in'??? Forcing the country to do things that benefit Obama's minions?
 
Union membership should be mandatory for all workers. Workers should be on the same ground as management, and that's impossible in the modern situation which gives every possible advantage to the employer and treats workers as shit.

Working with non-union slaves is paying blood money. That's something no amount of savings is worth.
