The awful aftermath of todays DC quake left noted Detroit drunkard Captain Billy extremely depressed.​

The sheer waste of booze destroyed in the disaster is pictured in the disturbing photo above. ​

Billy is said to be sorely in need of a drink or two or three after viewing the shocking images from the quake.​

Fortunately, his considerable personal stock of alcoholic beverages, estimated to comprise nearly 50% of the nations strategic booze reserve, was unharmed by the tragedy.​
