sep 22 2025 Candace Owens has said she will make French First Lady Brigitte Macron submit to a medical exam as part of their ongoing lawsuit.

The right-wing influencer told the Daily Mail she is escalating their legal feud by demanding that Macron, 72, undergoes a 'third-party examination'.

'We're going to demand Brigitte sit down for an exam with an independent doctor. We're coming for her medical records,' Owens said on Monday.
In her latest statement to the Daily Mail, Owens said: 'This isn't France, where Brigitte and Emmanuel Macron get to do whatever they want. This is America.

'You don't get to skip discovery just because you're a foreign world leader angry about a podcaster's First Amendment rights.

'The court-mandated discovery process does not allow Brigitte to just "submit" evidence.

The question I ask is whether they actually believe what they’re saying, or if they’ve just made a business decision that this gets them the most attention. But totally agree both have gone off the deep end.

As a sports fan, I have a hard time listening to a lot of talking heads for the same reason. Too often it’s about who can come up with the hot take that goes viral and builds their brand.

how exactly will she "force" this to happen? what could compelling reason is there to expect this? Maybe candace is on crack or something

I'm not sure force is the correct term

the case was not forced on the plaintiff. She is not forced to claim defamation

yes in court - for the plaintiff to win, they might have to submit to a third party fact checker

how anyone can possibly get confused by what I wrote speaks volumes
