Donald Trump signed a batch of executive orders from the Oval Office several weeks ago in September. Trump recklessly scrawled his signature on an executive order before White House staff secretary Will Scharf could fully explain what it was. "That's good," Trump mumbled, pretending to pay attention.

And MAGA gets all over Biden?

Fuck them. The hammering of the red next November will be wonderful.
 
Has underlings explaining each piece of paper before the President signs been a thing?

I dont recall seeing that on West Wing.

When Trump got into office, Miller and his band of thieves had a huge stack of EOs for Trump to sign. Trump had no idea what was in them, and he did not care. This admin has uses governing by EOs. They control Congress and the Senate, but they are too slow for the takeover. EOs are instantaneous.
