Bring Back the Draft!
In the future, to avoid wars of choice like Iraq and prolong wars like Afghanistan, the draft needs to kick in after one year of fighting! No one should have to do multiple tours of combat or stop lost too! There should be no deferments and if you have a medical condition, you should still serve two years of public serve! It's all about shared sacrifice, the rich, well off and our armchair warriors and cowards need to serve and sacrifice too!

Yeah, because having experienced people leading the boots is clearly bad. I mean, when I deployed I already knew everything about the constantly changing conditions of the theater and didn't need the guys on their 2nd/3rd tour who knew the area and other useful information.
