Former US President George W Bush, his Vice-President Dick Cheney and six other members of his administration have been found guilty of war crimes by a tribunal in Malaysia.

Bush, Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and five of their legal advisers were tried in their absence and convicted on Saturday.

Victims of torture told a panel of five judges in Kuala Lumpur of their suffering at the hands of US soldiers and contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The eight accused are Bush; former US Vice President Richard Cheney; former US Defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld; former Counsel to Bush, Alberto Gonzales; former General Counsel to the Vice President, David Addington; former General Counsel to the Defense Secretary, William Haynes II; former Assistant Attorney General Jay Bybee and former Deputy Assistant Attorney General John Yoo.

I believe there are other countries that are waiting to arrest Dubyah for war crimes.

And Rumsfeld. He can't set foot in Germany or Switzerland lest he'll be arrested. :)
 
International travel for the entire gwb cabal is very limited due to fears of seizure and arrest. Have we ever had an ex-administration so hated in the rest of the world?
 
The funny thing is that eventually Obama is gonna be the same way. He's got drones shooting up non-combatants, the Bay is still operational, and The Patriot Act is still up. This sounds alot like what Herr Bush was doing.
 
I believe the people that found them guilty are just an ngo with zero power. It's basically just a statement, it doesn't have any legal implications in malaysia.

Well ya its an NGO, a GO that did that would have to do something about it. An NGO can just feel superior after 50 years and somebody in power actually condemns it, that they did it first.
 
Here's what needs to happen to maggots like Bijou, who run around crowing about something as goofy and ridiculous as this... The next time any of you fuckwits get yourself in some kind of trouble with the law, we need to deport you to Malaysia to stand trial in Malaysian court. Surely you won't mind living by their way of justice, since you consider it good enough for a former president.

no no no, this is all fine to liberals because Obama promised he wouldn't shoot up non combatants, he promised to close gitmo, and he promised to use restraint on the patriot act.
