Brandon thinks Title 42 is about masks. He thinks the CDC has already appealed the ruling in an effort to get his approval ratings even lower.

Brandon is incapable of thought, and we both know that Obama is really in charge.

When election theft is the party's modus operandi, approval rating don't matter, if they ever do.
 
Which means just about nothing, with the case sitting in a Louisiana Federal District, probably the Western District, the Administration surely anticipated such and has a further step planned, welcome to what has become the Judicial merry go round
