AI claims that in 2023 factory built modular was only 3% of single family house construction......what are you talking about?

AI is wrong. Virtually all trusses used in building houses, apartments, etc., are factory made. Companies like Fulton and D R Horton also prefab many wall components for assembly on the site. Completely modular, prefab homes on the other hand are rarer simply because the shipping involved ends up costing the same or more than on-site construction. This is due to the limitations on the size of materials that can be delivered by truck to a site.
