Breaking News

Prosecutors and FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server have so far found scant evidence that the leading Democrat presidential candidate intended to break classification rules, though they are still probing the case aggressively with an eye on interviewing Clinton herself, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

FBI agents on the case have been joined by federal prosecutors from the same office that successfully prosecuted 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui — and who would handle any Edward Snowden case, should he ever return to the country, according to the U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

And in recent weeks, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia and their FBI counterparts have been interviewing top Clinton aides as they seek to bring the case to a close.

CNN reported Thursday that longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin was among those interviewed.

Ok...Trump is an uncouth scoundrel who thoroughly deserves to lose. How comes the thought of Hillary's winning doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling?

The witch hunt continues...look!

Over there!

When people give reasons for not liking Hillary it usually centers on all the negative things the press has written about her.
Is her stance on the Iraq war the only reason you dislike her or are there others. I am genuinely interested in your opinions, thanks

Twitter lies, it is why I made the statement that it was the only source reporting it.

WaPo had something on it.

I know people will scoff but I would really love to see a full, open investigation of this with every single detail analyzed. Yet I understand that even if she's found completely innocent of whatever, there are people who won't believe it and will scream "cover up." Just like the birthers after eight years of Obama.

Right-wing pundits should have been more careful on this stuff (and Trump, too). They have built this up to be the worst criminal wrongdoing by an official in modern times. If it ends with a fizzle, she'll just benefit from that.

They really can't help themselves, though.

I would say at the very least it indicates piss poor judgement combined with supreme arrogance.

Maybe, but she wasn't the first. Just the first to get criticized for it. And even after all the years of news coverage about this, Ash Carter continued to use his personal email for official business.

"Some 1,336 pages of emails from [Carter's] use of email on an iPhone and tablet were released to CNN and other news organizations pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request. Many of the emails had redacted information. Some showed him talking with aides about various matters, including press requests, while others included him exchanging messages with friends or acquaintances, including several with Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg. Carter has said he never used personal devices to transmit classified information.

A couple of the emails just released were marked "for official use only," which means the material is considered sensitive but is not deemed classified."
