So 3 months after they searched the Penn Biden center and found documents they FINALLY get around to searching Biden's beach home. What do you think is the over under for the number of documents that they will find? How long until they search the thousands of documents that Biden has stored at the University of Delaware?

No one had to get a search warrant and fight him for a year and a half to find whatever they find or not

I wonder why not even Fox News has asked whether or not they are acting on a subpoena... Just wondering. Someone should ask in one of the Press meetings, sometime...
 
We already know that Joe has been stealing classified docs going all the way back to his time as a Senator. He's working for the Chinese folks,....on the take for a foreign enemy. TREASON!

I wonder if Joe stashed the docs in his shoes like Sandy Berger BILL CLINTONS chief of staff got CAUGHT doing red handed by the FBI?

I’m pretty sure it’s not a necessary question, because if there was a subpoena, it would be big news and reported.
 
Man, if I had used SCI classified documents as a bookmark as I left the SCIF I worked in in the Navy I'd probably still be in prison today... Geebus. SMH. Just as if I had transmitted that same information even in part on an unsecured email server I put in Funk & Wagnell's basement linen closet I'd likely still be there... It's the stuff from Senate days that are most concerning, as the access is limited to that SCIF and it is illegal to remove, copy, take images, even notes are classified at the level of the document you are looking at and must stay in the SCIF or you are breaking the law...

Not true. Subpoenas are not reported to the news agencies, shoot this Administration carefully kept it quiet that anything at all was happening until after the election. As more and more of his property is searched it becomes more apparent that they are looking far more deeply than we are being told. It's a simple question, they should ask it.

They are aware now that Biden is under investigation, a good reporter would discover the subpoenas. They are looking deeper because of the special prosecutor and no warrants are needed because Biden is cooperating.

Idiot. The law says you can't take Classified documents home. If Biden had followed the law there would be no need to search Biden's homes. Biden has a Special Council investigating him.

Biden doesn't really have a choice. If Biden refused the Special Prosecutor would get a warrant.

That is EXACTLY what I think. He might be able to say ," V. P. aides accidentally packed those classified documents up and they accidentally got transferred to my garage." BUT the documents from his days as a Senator were obviously removed from a SCIF on purpose. There is no way around that.
