you don't make a mistake by filing a separate and distinct form that is clearly for non residents and you don't answer a bunch of questions affirming that you are in fact a non resident by "mistake"

rahm's case is nothing like Smith....the court's ignored his express intent on the tax filing and other evidence showing rahm did intend to not be a resident....and i bet 10 bucks nigel agrees with the court that the Smith issues are identical....yet nigel will claim the obama/mccain b/c cases are not, once again showing he is nothing but a party hack

and the appellate court did in fact discuss and say what reside means...it means to "live" etc....

When he was a PA senator, santorum bought a new house and established residence with his family in Leesburg, VA. Then he rented his real (ha ha) Pittsburgh house to a family member but claimed it was his main residence. Conservatives were just fine with that.
