Bozo Johnson on Sunday withdrew his bid to return as prime minister of the United Kingdom as the Conservative party scrambles to replace Liz Truss, who stepped down from the top job last week.

Johnson pulled out of the race after rivals said he would not have the necessary 100 members of parliament needed to qualify for the leadership contest, according to the Financial Times.

In his statement shared by the Financial Times, Johnson said he would have had enough votes and that he was “overwhelmed by the number of people who suggested that I should once again contest the Conservative party leadership.”

I don't think Boris wants to go there again to get thrashed again as a result of evil doers tempting him. The best thing for Boris is to retire from the limelight of scandal and try and find some peace with himself and apologize to England and Great Britain and civilization for attempting to impose it with some sick, barbaric and uncivilized form of fascism.

Oh he "did" want to go there. He was on vacay in the Bahamas when Truss resigned and he cut his vacation short and rushed back to the UK. He thought he was going to be prime minister again.
