US president Donald Trump was attacked live on TV after his "unhinged" addressed to hundreds of generals and admirals.

US president Donald Trump found himself being branded “unhinged and unwell” live on MSNBC after his bizarre address to gathered Army generals and admirals this week. In the controversial on-stage moment, he encouraged the gathered officials to “applaud” if they felt like it, telling them: “Just have a good time. And if you want to applaud, you applaud. And if you want to do anything you want, you can do anything you want. And if you don’t like what I’m saying, you can leave the room. Of course, there goes your rank; there goes your future.”

He continued to lay out a list of incorrect historical “facts”, including that the Department of War was renamed in the 1950s – when in fact it was the 1940s – before claiming that his strike on Iran had destroyed Tehran’s nuclear programme – however, he credited it to the Atomic Energy Commission, which hasn’t existed since the 1970s.

Now House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson has been confronted over the viral moment by Democratic congresswoman Madeleine Dean in a moment that was broadcast on MSNBC.

Dean confronted him: “The president is unhinged, he is unwell.”

Johnson responded: “A lot of folks on your side are, too, I don’t control…” but was cut off by Dean, who fumed: “Oh my God, please. That performance in front of the generals?”

Johnson claimed he had been in a House meeting and “didn’t see any of it”

Johnson claims super Christianity. Yet he bald-faced lies over and over. He cannot diminish himself any more than he already has.
