Both claim to be "Winning" against all reality.......



It would be a good idea if they go on a comedy tour together... Maybe they could sell out a couple high school gyms...
 
What is in the bill that the president did not want?

Its almost exactly what the Presidnet wanted, and now he can brag about signing the largest one year reduction in history.
 
Boehner won. He got substantially more in cuts than anyone thought he could get. On an annualized basis, the $38 billion amounts to $78.5 billion less than was in Obama's 2011 budget submission. If you think Obama really wanted to spend $80 billion less than he asked for you need to have you head examined.

The worst part about this isn't the deal, but the fact that the Democrats are celebrating the budget cuts. The cuts will cost jobs and slow the economy and Democrats are cheering. It's stupid.
 
I disagree, we needed some cuts as the economy is improving and making real moves toward strength. Without some cuts now inflation will be even worse than it's going to be in 18 or so months.

Who is telling you the President won, Jughead? Huffington? Jon Steward ? Daily KOS ? Chis Matthews ? Some other Pinhead ?
