Incorrect. Judges cannot legislate from the bench. Only the legislative branch makes laws. Judges decide cases and do not make any law.

You are describing legislating from the bench. If an opinion becomes a law then that opinion is becoming legislation. That does not happen. It cannot happen.

Ergo, you are mistaken. No opinions of any judges become law.
