"Big Balls" took his girlfriend to buy drugs at 3:00AM. Something went wrong, because police came across a dozen people surrounding him, and his car as he got beat up by a 15 year old girl. He describes her as 14 years old, so she must not have been that big. She was unarmed.
We do not know how the drug deal went wrong, but he might still be a legitimate victim... Or not. Just because he was engaged in an illegal act does not mean he cannot be a victim. It does make the whole hero thing seem a little weak.
