The problem with fines for liberal Democrats is some other rich liberal Democrat always pays the fines, so the perp basically gets off for free. And of course, everything is pled down to misdemeanors. They haven't yet charged him for the designer clothes theft from 5 years ago. Probably past the statute of limitations for that one. All these airports are in liberal big cities, with liberal prosecutors.

Mr Brinton has been doing this for over 5 years! He only got caught 3 times, but my bet is that this was a pattern that was repeated on every flight he took. How many frequent flyer miles does he have?
