This reminds me of situation from years back out of Providence RI. The mayor of the city was a slime ball. His nickname was "Buddy" I forget his real name but anyway he was eventually convicted and served federal prison time for running what they called, an organized crime operation out of the mayor's office. Brandon has been doing that for decades.

Indeed he has and is now facing Comer, who has the evidence.
