Biden wants to get out more, seething that his standing is now worse than Trump’s

Frustrations are mounting and the window for a political revival is closing.


The plan is to put President Joe Biden on the road to highlight progress being made, even incrementally, in meeting the series of tests, with visits this week to California as well as New Mexico.

President Joe Biden and his aides have grown increasingly frustrated by their inability to turn the tide against a cascade of challenges threatening to overwhelm the administration.

Soaring global inflation. Rising fuel prices. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. A Supreme Court poised to take away a constitutional right. A potentially resurgent pandemic. A Congress too deadlocked to tackle sweeping gun safety legislation even amid an onslaught of mass shootings.

In crisis after crisis, the White House has found itself either limited or helpless in its efforts to combat the forces pummeling them. Morale inside 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. is plummeting amid growing fears that the parallels to Jimmy Carter, another first-term Democrat plagued by soaring prices and a foreign policy morass, will stick.

"[Carter] lost because of inflation and bad feelings about the economy and a sense that America was flailing and Biden is finding now that it’s hard to be a leader when other things are unraveling,” said Douglas Brinkley, presidential historian at Rice University. “He can’t just be a mourner-in-chief, he can’t just play defense. He needs to be on offense and convince Americans that, despite the challenges, better days are ahead.”
 
I hope they do send Biden out on the road. On the road means more public speaking. More public speaking means,......well,...you know. :laugh: More mush mouth and a lot more forgetting what he's even talking about b4 finishing his 1st sentence. GOOD TIMES! :laugh:

His political world is crumbling. I predict he will be locked inside the White House. "Doctor" Jill will be his caregiver.

Heres the thing about Biden.......Its not like Democrats or the left in general cant see that this guy is a total trainwreck. THEY CAN. They KNOW it too, just like we do. They just will never admit it publicly even though Im positive they do talk about it A TON when they are among each other. The problem for them is by not admitting publicly at least SOME of the many problems Biden and the Democrats have it makes them look like a bunch of half crazed liars. Meaning........they lose all credibility with the general public. The independents, the more moderate Reagan Democrat types , and those who are politically unaware are all but lost for the Dems now. Just POOF....GONE. They have REALLY fucked their party up in a VERY short time. Its amazing the damage they have done to not only themselves but the country as a whole. Best part? They wont change,...EVER. Its all they know. They will only continue to double down on the stupid right up until the day they are ran from office. This is AWESOME to sit back and watch as they destroy themselves FOR US. ;) :cool:
 
They have screwed themselves SO hard they couldnt even get rid of the guy if they wanted to because then they end up with an idiot like Harris who is even MORE DISLIKED! Talk about painting yourself in a corner with no off ramps! :laugh: Honestly..........this is glorious to sit back and watch. My schadenfreude levels are OFF THE CHARTS!

Mark my words.....at least part of the reason, maybe even a big part of the reason the left is pushing the Gay agenda so hard in this last year is because they are going to run Pete Buttigieg in 2024. Make people be receptive to the struggle of gays,....get the sympathy vote for Pete. This is how they try to shape peoples minds ahead of the election. That and I have noticed they have been raising his profile more and more in the last few months. Lemme tell ya......wont matter anyway. They are going down hard this fall and again in 24.
