Many Twitter users expressed shock that Bezos, the man who owns one of the most prominent left-leaning newspapers in the world, would call out Biden in such strong terms.

Some simply agreed with his statement, others expressed frustration that the owner of The Post, a paper that has been accused of protecting Democrats – especially Biden – is only now speaking out against Democrat Party policy.

"I don't like agreeing with you," replied ACT for America founder Brigitte Gabriel.

"Jeff is just p-ssed that the government Disinformation Board is taking work from the newspaper he owns. That’s the Post’s job," tweeted conservative commentator David Reaboi, mocking Bezos’ paper as the government’s propaganda outlet.

National Republican Senatorial Committee digital deputy director Mike Hahn asked, "Don’t you own a major newspaper? What if…and hear me out…the Washington Post started to hold this White House accountable?"

Tennessee congressional candidate Robby Starbuck replied to Bezos’ tweet, writing, "Maybe that newspaper you own could stop being a propaganda paper for the ruling Democrat regime and hold them accountable for their lies?"

Conservative YouTuber Viva Frei simply remarked, "The revolution devours its own."

Others hit Bezos from the left.

The Young Turks managing editor Jonathan Larsen tweeted, "Oh look the billionaire is telling us what is ‘fine’ to discuss."
Leftist actor John Cusack shared similar antipathy for Bezos in his response, which read, "Oh my god … it’s ‘ fine to discuss ‘ ? Pay your f---ing tax."

The Intercept DC bureau chief Ryan Grim tweeted that Bezos was in the wrong, claiming, "Raising taxes to reduce demand and lower inflation is an econ 101 level concept. We have the dumbest oligarchs." In fact, according to economic theory, raising taxes on individuals would reduce demand while raising taxes on companies would drive prices up even further.
 
One of the dumbest left wing Party of the Jackass claims;" corporations need to pay their fair share. " Corporations don't pay taxes. They COLLECT them. Buisinesses pass all their costs on to the consumers of their goods and services.

If morons on the left lie Pinnochio Joe had an education, they could comprehend that simple and OBVIOUS fact. The same goes for the rich. They already carry the largest tax burden.

We don't have a REVENUE problem in this country. We have a SPENDING problem and the Democratic Party of the Lying Jackasses are the primary reason for that. :palm:

Tech CEOs and Silicon Valley luminaries congratulated President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris after their victory in the U.S. presidential election Saturday.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos celebrated Biden and Harris' win in an Instagram post. Bezos said their victory signifies that "unity, empathy and decency are not characteristics of a bygone era."

I don't think Bezos' tweet means Biden lost him. People can still support politicians even if they disagree with them on certain issues. I think Bezos is telling a basic economic truth here, Biden is full of sh*t.
 
The Revolution is pushing unionization as a way to claim that they support the workers, which is Bull Shit, but the American people are largely ignorant so there are a lot of miles to be gained in the claim . But on a bigger scale they we always going to come for the corporate interests and the wealthy eventually, they are in fact Marxists.

I cant stand Bezos, but he is not stupid, he knows the lay of the land.
 
Biden didn't lose Bezos.

He just made a comment that Corporate taxes and Inflation are separate subjects and that they don't mesh or "mush" well in the same discussion.

I'm sure his point was well taken by the Biden Administration who may have conflated the two in a recent tweet!

Biden likes Bezos- because Bezos basically kicked off the better wages for workers campaign here in America- by starting to offer better starting wages for their employees while offering the best prices to consumers on like EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE! Amazon is the model company for America in those regards, and Biden knows this to be true!

Why would Biden not like him? And why would Bezos not like him? Bezos has even said that he agreed with Biden that Corporations should be paying their fair share of Income Taxes.

For it is Trump who has a bitter feud with Bezos going on now for years- JUST LOOK AT ALL THE NASTY TWEETS ABOUT BEZOS POSTED BY TRUMP over the years!

Trump was trying to bust up Amazon while accusing them of breaking ANTI-TRUST laws and etc.

BUT SPIN YOURSELVES SILLY- SPIN-DOCTORS!
