Biden admits these people committed crimes in unprecedented act of hubris

Teflon Don

I'm back baby

At no time in history has any President issued these types of pre-emptive pardons to this many people. It is unprecedented.

Now the lefties will applaud it and make all sorts of excuses.

But, remember the precedent has been set so don't shit your pants when Trump does something similar down the road. No cries of hypocrisy. You make your bed, you lie in it.

Nobody needs a pardon unless they are a criminal. If they accept the pardon, it's an admission of guilt.

Lying piece of shit

There have been two past instances when U.S. Presidents have issued preemptive pardons. The most notable example is:

  • President Gerald Ford in 1974, who issued a preemptive pardon to former President Richard Nixon for all offenses he might have committed during his presidency related to the Watergate scandal. This was done before Nixon was formally charged with any crime.

Another example, though less commonly cited as "preemptive," involves:

  • President Bill Clinton, who in his last days in office in 2001, granted numerous pardons, some of which could be considered preemptive in nature. One of the most controversial was the pardon of financier Marc Rich, who was facing charges but had not been convicted at the time of the pardon.

These cases illustrate that while preemptive pardons are not common, they have been used by U.S. Presidents in certain circumstances.

All true, but you and every non-drone here knows the hypocrisy will continue on high, always. To try and understand a possible upside, I can imagine a scenario that if all of the losers on the J6 committee were brought up on trial, the division in this country would definitely not lessen. Plus I really do think with the threat of trials and jail time gone more people will not only be more interested in the released records (if any exist).........wait, thinking on the fly, those bastards knew a pardon was coming, so why not break ever law concerning the destruction of evidence. Forget all that shit.

You don't know what preemptive means?
Show me where on that sign in the picture, that it says anything about preemptive.

Do you know what weaseling means?

Besides, if you think innocent people don't need pardons, it shouldn't matter whether they're preemptive or otherwise.

At no time in history have we ever had such a scumbag criminal traitor like trump in the WH who's already spoken at length of getting revenge against his enemies.

Fuck you, shitbag.

Anything trump does he would do anyway.
