The word racist now means the same as asshole....and Ben Shapiro has a well thought out set of traditional beliefs which in this Dark Age gets taken as being an asshole.

So yes, Ben Shapiro is a racist.

As homicides are in large part perpetrated by black males, the percentage is nearer to 7% than 13% of the population. Of course I can see why that's virtually never discussed or even intimated by the liberal media. Look at the reaction of that black woman on the far left of the stage to see why.
