Had a Black co-worker in the late 90s. His stance was that there are black people, and niggers... Black people are good, but watch your back around niggers....

Between crime, a school system that's bottom of the nation, unemployment, and urban blight, Baltimore is a disaster. How about that mayor work on some of that rather than being a fucking racist and blaming his city's problems on others?
