B. Hussein Obama is very confusing

So in 2024 B. Hussein Obama said it was incumbent that black people vote for a black woman for President. But, in 2025 the same B. Hussein Obama says that black people should vote for the white woman over the black woman for Governor.

Can anyone reconcile?
