Unfortunately, I have little faith in much of our judiciary today. A single judge, particularly in the lower-level courts, often is making bad decisions, politically based ones, or just making things up as they go today. That isn't a Left - Right thing, it's a fact across the political spectrum.

So do you think the judge was wrong when they issued an order telling ICE and DHS they had to retain all the evidence on the killing of Alex Pretti? Do you think DHS is correct to appeal that ruling? Why would DHS want to destroy evidence about the killing? Since you want to pretend you are defender of the Constitution, tell us what is wrong about the judge's ruling.

One of the reasons they made that ruling is because Bovino lied during his deposition. First he claimed he didn't throw tear gas until after he was hit with a rock. Then when shown video that he was not hit by a rock he changed to he threw tear gas because he was nearly hit by a rock. Then when he was shown video that no rocks were thrown until after he threw the tear gas he changed his story yet again. Bovino also testified that he used no force when he tackled a protestor, throwing them to the ground.

Speaking of cherry picking. Could you point to the cherry you just picked since a generic statement doesn't point to any one instance. No judge has done a nationwide injunction in the last few months. Then no court has ruled that any lower court ruling was "creative writing." The USSC have for the most part not overturned lower court rulings but only removed injunctions while the cases move through the courts.
