Yeah? And? Apparently homeless people can do whatever the hell they like. Being homeless isn't a crime and neither is finding a place to live.

Indeed.

My neighbor owns 12 rental homes and he said that he spends thousands of dollars to evict them while they live without paying rent for months.

They trash many of his homes.

Unbelievable.

Yep. Its becoming more and more of a liability to be a law abiding citizen in this country
