Bomb attacks hit a house of worship and the famed International Congress Center in the German city of Dresden Tuesday.

IEDs detonated causing damage at both locations. Police suspect a targeted, coordinated attack.

Germany should resinstate the death penalty to prosecute the terrorists who promulgated this attack.
