South Dakota voters Tuesday will decide whether to expand Medicaid via ballot initiative in what could be yet another blow to Republicans and their anti-Obamacare health policy.

We have watched the effects of obamacare in states making this decision. Small clinics selling out to large conglomerates and doctors retiring as fast as they can. Once simple surgeries like hips and knees that used to be done in a manner of a couple of weeks are now scheduled out months in advance. Local doctors that actually cared for their patients are now replaced by trained robots that instead of treating you in the office are not forced to send you on to a myriad of "specialists" that record and shuffle papers. Physicals are replaced by "wellness visits" where you pass if you can remember a simple phrase.
The only winners here is big pharma where you are instructed to go to collect your pills.
