Flying unreported by the MSM and under the radar is the Biden administration's push to make single-family homes unaffordable and even unavailable to Americans.

How's he doing this? Biden hiked duties on Canadian lumber up from 9 to 20% increasing the cost of lumber substantially. HUD has increased subsidies for "affordable" housing but only multi-unit (aka apartments) development, particularly 2-4 unit developments (eg., duplexes and small four-plexes).

Then he twisted the screws on trying to eliminate "exclusionary zoning" that favored single-family homes.

Whether intended or not, the Joke administration is turning hundreds of thousands of Americans into permanent renters rather than owners building equity. The result will be a further increase in the wealth gap between the rich and everybody else.

Biden was not my first choice. Or my second. But I would not vote for ANY politician who lies about the election. Period, full stop. And that is almost every single member of the Republican party. This is an easy choice.
