Seems another activist, Trump hating, judge in Illinois just got a judicial smackdown.
Earlier this month U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis (Obama appointee) ruled that ICE could not use chemical munitions, physical force, or other similar methods unless there was a "immediate threat" to officer's lives and well-being. She also ruled that all officer MUST wear body cameras.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that her order was "overreaching" and "micromanaging" ICE and tossed it out. They stated, “The preliminary injunction entered by the district court is overbroad." That is, Judge Ellis is in the severe throes of TDS and her shit ruling is invalid, null and void.
