‘Christian warrior’ charged with firebombing Oregon mosque


A 24-year-old Oregon man — who told police that he was a “Christian warrior” — has been charged with a hate crime for allegedly firebombing a mosque last November.

Cody Crawford faces 10 to 30 years if convicted of firebombing the Salman Alfarisi Islamic Center, which is about 200 feet from his house. Although his DNA has been connected to the crime scene, Crawford has maintained that he’s “100 percent innocent.”

In an unrelated incident, Crawford had ranted to police about Muslims, according to court documents.

“You look like Obama,” he said to a McMinnville officer in December. “You are a Muslim like him. Jihad goes both ways. Christians can jihad too.”

The documents reveal that Crawford also told authorities that “only Christians could understand him, that he was a Christian warrior that they were persecuting.”

Some of my family members are already blaming the earthquake and Irene on God! There is also a little thing they are pasting and passing on on Facebook!

Yurtie would have no problem posting this article if it were a Muslim, but objects when it applies to a Christian. I am with Bill Maher on this one! All fanatic religious people are just crazy, doesn't mater which religion they are killing in the name of for God.

But I don't hate Christians, that's just another partisan assumption you mistakenly made...I hate people who spend their days PROFESSING to be Christian, then go on a murderous rampage.

I think its funny that this Oregon retard thinks that Christians can "jihad" the same as Muslims. Hasn't he ever heard of a Crusade? I suppose he thinks non-Christians are "infidels" rather than "pagans." Looks like Islam is winning the war of words. :cof1:

You can roll out your ridiculous blanket assertions all you like, but my point and the point of this thread is that once again, we find another person claiming they do the work of God, but who is really just another sad little man whose sick mind allowed him to twist the tenets of Christianity to justify killing those he hates.
