there's a lot of vague areas regarding exactly WHO determines if food is suspect.....I mean, Homeland Security can have a say in this....so a bunch of Farmers trucking their wares into a city for temporary market can be shut down for any undisclosed reason.

I thought farmers markets were specifaly excempt?

Not if Monsanto wants to test product for their GM marker, or if there's it a security risk.

A bill that was born of good intentions, but the end product has nightmarish potential for abuse, IMHO.
