The reigning Miss USA has come out against the Ground Zero mosque, saying "it shouldn't be so close" to Ground Zero. The 24-year-old Rima Fakih, is the first Muslim winner of the Miss USA contest and is preparing for the Miss Universe Pageant, scheduled for Monday in Las Vegas.
"I totally agree with President Obama with the statement on Constitutional rights of freedom of religion," Fakih told "Inside Edition" in an interview that will air tonight.
"I also agree that it shouldn't be so close to the World Trade Center. We should be more concerned with the tragedy than religion."

I mean really guys.... When you have Dean and Reid, the two most qualified experts in the country on STUPID... saying this is STUPID... What does that tell ya? The indicator for STUPID can't peg out any more than that! Yet, here they all are, ready and willing to support sheer stupidity at the drop of a hat! Yep.... according to the pinheads, 68% of the country are BIGOTS!

Now, I give them marks for wanting to divert attention away from the failing economy, anemic job numbers, rising unemployment, declining consumer confidence and markets... but I really don't believe this issue was the appropriate diversion from that. I don't see it helping them at all in November. The way to win over independent voters, is most certainly not going to be by calling them intolerant bigots.... I just don't see that....I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

How 'bout that bobble headed Pelosi wanting to investigate the 68% to see who's behind dissent of the mosque?
 
She agrees with Obama....

She also agrees with Harry Reid.

She is smarter than 90% of the Conservatives on this board because she can see that that is perfectly consistant!

I made no comment on your stupid point about her getting her nose cut. I pointed out that you were cheering her comments when she explicitly stated that she agrees with Obama, while Obama has been denounced.

Of course, you guys are arguing for the infringement of their first amendment rights. The only question of relevance POLITICALLY, is whether they should be free to build their mosque or not.
 
There are homosexuals against gay marriage. What's your point? I don't care what she thinks. She's wrong. If a majority of Muslims, and not just some outlier nutjobs, were against it, my opinion would be exactly the same. You people are ignorant bigots, and she is as well.

The whole point, you dimwitted fool, was her saying the mosque SHOULD NOT be built near ground zero, thus the comment that was why she might to a candidate for getting her nose snipped...

Listen idiot, I made no comment about your bigoted nose snipping comment. That point was of no interest.

What is of interest is you think this woman agrees with you and other Republicans who have made a fuss about this issue when all she said was she agrees with Obama.
