However, they were arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct on April 22, 2015 after police responded to a fight between the two in their suburban Phoenix, Arizona home. Both had sustained some injuries.

It had been revealed that Johnson had become pregnant through in vitro fertilization treatment using her eggs and a sperm donation.
