Difficult to tell, but her testimony mentioned several instances of public physical abuse. Not a lawyer but it seems that the legal teams would put up witnesses to either confirm or disprove those statements.
IMO, she wouldn’t have mentioned public abuse if it couldn’t be proved. Depp seems to have severe substance abuse problems and that often leads to violence. Note the drunks on JPP who often threaten to kill or harm others for disagreeing with them. Also notice who view him as a role model. LOL
