I do consulting work on the side, so I am always somewhat looking for a job. Last time I accepted a gig job was three weeks ago.

I know a few people who quit Twitter, and all were extremely underpaid. They were doing something they believed in, so were willing to take the lower pay. In the modern economy, you have to be willing to switch jobs from time to time to really get the big pay increases.
