Blacks also collect welfare at 5 times the rate of whites. And then there is affirmative action. With all the special treatment they get, blacks need to stop complaining.

may 8 2017 A class-action lawsuit filed Monday accuses the Madison County Sheriff’s Department of targeting black residents with unconstitutional and sometimes violent searches and seizures, arresting them at nearly five times the rate of white residents.

“Simple daily activities — such as commuting to work, grocery shopping, visiting friends and family, attending church, or even sitting on the steps outside one’s own home — present the very real possibility of unlawful and humiliating searches and seizures, as well as the … prospect of arrest and jail time for unpaid fines and fees,” the lawsuit claims.

The American Civil Liberties Union and the New York City-based law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett filed the class-action lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Jackson against Sheriff Randy Tucker and his deputies.

Africa sucks because of corruption. Some African Americans suffer from chronic malnutrition which affects cognitive development so it's not surprising test designed for well-nourished minds would be daunting for them. There are plenty of below average people of every color. Lot's of studies I recall from the 90s used to correlate low income with poor diet and thus lead to poor academic performance. African Americans statistically have a greater likelyhood of living below poverty line according to Gov stats. I think we can use the points I've laid to conclude that it's not the color of their skin that is interfering with their learning, it's the lack of a healthy diet due to circumstances beyond their control. Take a minute to think about it.
 
The report is actually a lot more complicated than that. The police basically keep a constant ring of roadblocks around black neighborhoods and target anyone trying to leave for "special treatment". It's modern day segregation.
 
You know, Maryland has a black population roughly as large as Mississippi. Somehow it's not at the bottom of every list. Maybe if Mississippians would spend some time trying to improve themselves rather than spending centuries spitefully doing nothing besides keeping the black people down they could actually accomplish something as a people. Like that will ever happen. I'm pretty sure, out of all the people in the world, Mississippians are the worst out of all of them.

Blacks do enough to keep themselves down. When 3 out of 4 black babies born today are bastards, that says a lot.

Interesting that you define a 1 million person difference as "roughly".
