ACLU says trump gag order violates first amendment

I must say I am a bit surprised that the ACLU has taken this up. Being the low life leftist organization we know them to be I thought they might sit in their hands since it's trump but maybe, just maybe, maybe there are a couple of decent leftists remaining in this country.

Pretty obvious you never understood the ACLU, they are First Amendment purist, they were the ones who defended the Nazis in the Skokie cass

And just to help you out, the ruling there was that the feelings of the listener are not valid reasons for prohibiting speech, Trump isn’t hurting feelings, he is violating the decision laid down by the Judge, if he were any one else who would have suffered more than a monetary fine
