I never really worry about the same thing happening again. I worry about the stuff we haven't thought of happening.

I'm sure there are think tanks that spend their days going over every possible scenario, but it always seems like our policy w/ terror is more reactive than anything...

That is because it has to be. It is nearly impossible to stop a terrorist who is willing to take his/her own life. There are at least 1000 ways I could inflict 'terror' on people with a suicide vest alone if I were willing to die. I could probably think up 100 ways to inflict terror without having to sacrifice my life.

My point in posting the article was really just another reason for me to hammer at the absurdity that TSA puts us through for the sake of 'safety'. With planes alone I could come up with numerous ways to take a plane down WITHOUT having to board the thing.

I have always thought that a public water supply would be the next target. That would cause terror.
